The Glamned band members

Rod Hammerite
Drums - Vocals

Rod started his musical career at 14 playing in WMC's where he learned Tangos, Bossanovas, Bolleros and more beats than he could shake his sticks at. His talents were quickly recognised by a Country Trio who then had him poached from them by a real out and out rock band. By the age of 17 he had entered the world of rock and his drum kit was his life. Then Rod discovered Glam Rock and the make-up that goes with it. Rods favourite song is Spirit In The Sky, it reminds him of his first snog with a girl at a Butlins disco.

Mick Ronseal
Lead Vocals - Guitar

Mick is our lead guitarist and lead vocalist. He is a big fan of Mick Ronson from Bowies' "Spiders from Mars". Mick has a great vocal range. He is the only guy we know who can sing Slade songs in their original key and hit the same notes as Noddy Holder without having to gargle with razor blades! Watch out as he runs into the audience playing his guitar and rocking down to Status Quo's "Caroline".

Eddy Bulknickers
Guitar - Vocals

Eddy is the rock in the roll. He is a proper steady eddy. He enjoys his time on stage boogying the night away with Manimal, but is always capable of bringing him back down if Manimal gets out of hand. Eddy has had an illustrious career playing with Burning Skies, Born to Run (the country's top Springsteen tribute band) as well as Diamond Dogs alongside Eric Bell of Thin Lizzy and the Guzunda Jug n' Bottle Band. Eddy plays guitar (like Ziggy) and provides strong backing vocals for The Glamned .

Manimal
Bass - Vocals

Manimal by name and animal by nature! Just watch him twirl like a Tasmanian devil on speed - "unbelievable"! Manimal started his career at college with a 70s punk band called The Effect which probably accounts for his unruly behaviour. He has also played with Blame the Singer, a rock band with a singer bearing an uncanny resemblance to Beetlejuice. He now provides a strong driving bass line for The Glamned and provides lead and backing vocals.
